A team based brief set by brand design consultancy Elmwood.

The context of the brief was to design and implement a new brand identity for a newly planned youth centre in Newcastle named The Link. The identity needed to encapsulate the sense to inspire creativity whilst being fresh, colourful and innovative.

This final outcome works with the concept of a portal (an entrance to new oppertunities), initially based on the shape of a triangle unfolding and opening up.
The construction and de-construction of the logo allow for individual shapes to be implimented across the brand as can be seen with promotional material.

This brief was also an opportunity for me and my team to work alongside Cardiff based design studio Kutchibok who I thank for their valued input and help.
