The idea of this brief was to make the ordinary extraordinary by studying a site and then conveying at least six aspects concerned with that particular site. My chosen site was an Ikea laptop table named Dave which was located within my student house. For example, aspects explored during this project included function, usage, position and emotion.

The outcome allowed for text, schematic and pictorial elements to communicate all of the data that was collected. This was presented in the format of a book which utilised the aesthetic stlye of an Ikea instruction manual.
